Hotel accommodation

THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HOTEL RESERVATIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS

Santiago is a tourist city with plenty of hotels of different prices and styles. However, you should make your reservation as soon as possible because July is considered high-season in Santiago.

The Organizing Committee has arranged block reservations at a special price for a limited number of rooms for the CTMI 2019 participants in three hotels near the conference site, (in a radius of 400-800 meters). The rooms will be available at this special price from 21th-23th July 2019 (both included).

Reservations must be made directly with the hotels through e-mail by the participant. Please do not forget to mention the CTMI 2019 conference to obtain a discount. The hotel reserves the right to ask for a copy of the registration payment to the participant.

The prices quoted above are per room per night, for single or double occupancy as shown, and include breakfast, VAT and service.

The rooms will be blocked until 30th April 2019 (Eurostars Gran Hotel) and 7^th June 2019 (Hotel Lux). After this date, the availability of rooms and their prices will depend on the hotel. (Hotel Herradura doen’t block the rooms but it guarantees the prize under availability).
