Submission
Deadline for abstracts: 23th March 2025.
The received abstracts will undergo a review process carried out by the members of the scientific and organizing committee. Each abstract can be either accepted for an oral presentation, a poster presentation, or rejected. Notification of acceptance will be sent by 11th April 2025.
Instructions:
Abstracts must be submitted as .pdf file and as editable .tex source file following this LaTeX template.
Two pages limit is mandatory. Margins cannot be modified.
To complete your submission please fill out the information below and upload your abstract before submitting. Both .tex and .pdf files must be uploaded.
Further instructions regarding duration of oral presentations will be announced in due course. The recommended poster format is A0.
