On 26 June 2023 the 22nd ECMI Conference on Industrial and Applied Mathematics took place in Wroclaw (Poland). Research associate Óscar Crego presented 'Numerical simulation of induction furnaces in Sisal Pilot, an innovative project for silicon production' within the 'MS21: Simulation and optimisation of models in electrical engineering (MSOEE)' co-organised by the associated researchers Pilar Salgado and Dolores Gómez. This presentation highlighted the latest developments of the work carried out for the European project Sisal Pilot.
